I actually had to research what genre this story could best be classified as, and “New Weird” came out on top, but I feel like just classifying it as “Odd Fantasy” should be enough. It’s far from traditional fantasy, but it’s also not doing any fancy parodies or deconstructions. In other news, this one is actually long enough to call itself something of an Audiobook, so yay to that, I suppose, trying to kickstart this project properly.
